Refund Policy
The following outlines the refund structure for players who withdraw from the program after registration:
- Administrative Fee: All refund requests or withdrawals after registration may be subject to a non-refundable administrative fee of $25.
- Withdrawal After Assessments but Before Team Submission: Players who withdraw after team/player assessments but prior to team submissions may be eligible for a refund of up to 75% of registration fees.
- Withdrawal After Team Submission to SYS: Players who withdraw after teams have been submitted to SYS may be eligible for a refund of up to 50% of registration fees.
- No Refunds After Season Start: No refunds will be issued once practices or games have commenced.

Board Member Compensation
- Executive Board Members (President, Vice President, Treasurer): Receive a $250 discount on their player’s registration fees per season.
- Members at Large: Receive an annual honorarium of $200.
- President, Vice President, Treasurer, and Equipment Coordinator: Receive an annual honorarium of $400.

Coach Honorariums
Honorariums are issued only when the following condition is met:
- Minimum Attendance Requirement: Coaches must attend at least 80% of scheduled meetings, practices, and games.
Honorarium amounts:

Team Manager Honorarium
- Team Managers: Receive $100 per team per season.

Coach and Manager Clothing Credit
- Coaches: Receive a $100 credit for apparel through the Soccer Locker online store.
- Team Managers: Receive a $50 credit for apparel through the Soccer Locker online store.

Coach Education and Training
- Annual Training Support: Coaches are eligible for up to $500 per year in education or training reimbursement.
- Commitment Requirement: To qualify, coaches must commit to coaching for two seasons following certification.
